STOP Inc Buyer Map for Spokane and North Idaho

Don Leland | STOP Inc | October 2026

As of 25 Oct 2026

This page is for the buyers of commercial service plumbing, backflow testing and underground repair within an hour's drive of downtown Spokane, on both sides of the state line.

The groups follow what you told Matt on your first call, multi-site stores, franchises, restaurants, municipalities and facility managers, plus the builders, schools and hospitals around them.

Every row carries its drive time from downtown Spokane. Other plumbing, mechanical and backflow firms are left off.

Property and facility management firms

Firms that run other owners' buildings call a plumber for every tenant leak, blocked line and yearly backflow test, so one manager brings work across many buildings.

Three calls to make this week

Get on the Spokane backflow tester list

The City of Spokane Water Department requires a yearly test on every backflow assembly in the city and publishes the list of certified testers that owners pick from. STOP Inc does not appear on the 2026 list. A place on it puts you in front of every commercial account due a test, and Tim Murrell runs Whitworth Water District north of the city under the same state rule.

Win the property managers first

David Peterson at Goodale & Barbieri and Jamie Traeger at Leavitt Capital look after office, retail, medical and industrial buildings around Spokane. A standing rate for tenant calls and yearly backflow tests turns one relationship into steady work across a whole portfolio.

Ask the builders about their next jobs

Garco is building the new Adams Elementary, and Bouten has subcontract bid packages out for the Spokane Community College main building renovation, due October 27. Jeramie Keeble at Leone & Keeble and Rich Wells at Ginno Construction build schools, medical offices and public works on both sides of the line, and they are the people to ask about the plumbing and underground scope on their next projects.

Built from each organization's own public pages, public notices and press. Drive times run from downtown Spokane on open road maps at free-flow speed, so allow more at rush hour.

If a walk-through is useful, pick a time at cal.com/ecg.
